Michael Harding Refined Linseed Oil is a pale oil extracted from the seeds of the flax plant, the pale version undergoes additional processing to further reduce its colour, resulting in a lighter, more transparent appearance compared to regular refined linseed oil.

This extra refining step helps to minimise the 'yellowing' effect that standard linseed oil can have on light-coloured surfaces over time.

Used in many of Michael Harding's paints because it produces the strongest paint film during the drying process and ensures the longevity of each painting.

Also highly suitable for use with dry ground pigments.
