Ruling pens are designed to hold ink or other liquids between two flexible, adjustable jaws that taper to a point and allow the drawing of fine lines.

Traditionally used by cartographers, framers and draughtsmen, now a popular, useful way of applying Watercolour Masking fluid.

Great for fine details for example grass, small branches, ropes, rigging and fencing etc.
