Traditionally used by cartographers, framers and draughtsmen, Ruling pens are designed to hold ink or other liquids between two flexible, adjustable jaws that taper to a point and allow the drawing of fine lines.
They are now commonly used for as a useful way of applying Masking fluid great for fine details for example grass, small branches, ropes, rigging and fencing etc.
Line thickness range 0.2-0.8 mm, 155mm (approx 6") long.
It has black plastic handle and the nib and adjustment screw & nut is made from nickel-coated metal .
