Oil Painting Cold Wax Medium & Ancillaries
Mix with Oil paint to give texture and add more substance, makes impasto easier to achieve and speeds drying time.
Use with brushes, painting/palette knives, shapers, rollers, wedges, silicon blades or other tools of your choice.
Referred to as 'Cold' as it does not require heat to be used (e.g. unlike encaustic waxes).
Pigments, powdered metals, marble dust and other fine art materials can be added to the wax to increase the visual depth and surface finish.
Apply to canvas, paper, mdf, primed board or panels, waxed raw canvas or many other materials of your choice.
