Field developed a technique to lake madder to make it a longer lasting colour, a tradition that continues today.

Available in over 110 vibrant colours, it has a smooth, buttery consistency allowing the paints to be used thickly with brushes & painting knives or it can be easily thinned to create fine glazes.
