Winsor & Newtons popular Artists quality Oil paints have been formulated using only the finest pigments with each tone giving excellent coverage, tinting strength and stability.

Permanent Magenta leans slightly towards blue, and is less purple than Quinacridone Magenta. Makes very deep and vibrant violets when mixed with Ultramarine Blue. 

Very staining and having a high tinting strength, based on a Quinacridone pigment which was introduced in the 1950s.
