Winsor & Newton Professional Watercolour Mediums- Permanent Masking medium
A non-removable, liquid wax that forms a fast-drying, water repellant film on watercolour paper and board.
It can be used on it's own or tinted by mixing with small amounts of Watercolour paint.
Excellent for fine detail work it is used for masking off areas to make them resistant to water, once dry the medium repels washes.
Allow to dry fully before over-painting
Brushes can be cleaned if washed immediately with water after use, although we recommend a colour shaper, old brush, pen or cotton bud is used to apply the Masking Fluid as it can be extremely difficult to remove from brushes when dry.
