Additive with a fine, silky texture to give 'tooth' and impart texture to painting media.
Can be added to oil paint, Zest-it Cold Wax painting Medium, gesso, mediums, plaster and primers.
With a very slippery, soapy, silky nature and feel, it works well as a smoothing agent for use with clay, (can have a drying effect on the clay if used too liberally).
Often used in gilding, moulding and mixed media.
Caution - Dusty Material. Can be drying on the hands.
